Being a facilitator with some experience, it was enlightening to be a part of a group as opposed to leading one. I would recommend the LEI facilitator workshop to any group who needs to build a strong foundation of teamwork that will carry them throughout their employment together. This was an incredibly dynamic and exciting workshop and I would highly recommend it! Students and adults alike really learned a great deal and it was one of the best workshops I've attended!! Training was excellent and right up “our alley.” If this training doesn't “pay for itself” in a short time, we are to blame! This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to identify the essentials of effective teaming and how to bring about awareness. Participants watch the facilitator and then begin modeling appropriate characteristics for facilitators. The hands-on application is wonderful with effective feedback.
